YADOYA is a renovated house in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's heaviest snowfall areas. A BBQ site with an adjacent pool is available in the summer. (The BBQ site will be available from May to October.) In winter, it is directly connected to the ski and snowboard tune-up shop "Yuki Shogun", making it a base for heading out to the slopes. Optimal. Many instructors come and go, so you might have an interesting encounter...? It is also recommended as a base for looking around the artworks of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale scattered around the area. There are art works and a hot spring facility with an art museum within walking distance. Meals can be self-catered, eaten out, or delivered, but if you wish, we can also guide you through a local cooking experience using local ingredients. Since the ingredients, recipes, and prices that can be prepared vary depending on the season, please contact us at least 3 days before your stay.
