It is close to Keikyu Kamata st. 6 min and JR Kamata st. is 12 min on foot, which is convenient for sightseeing such as Yokohama, Chiba and Tokyo disney resort also accessible to Haneda Airport 8 min w/o transfer . Just opened in Jan 2019, furniture and electric appliances are all new. Green tea, Coffee, Tea and mineral water will be free served. Free pocket Wi-Fi (basically unlimited) which you can carry it when you go out. It is a government-approved accommodation that you can stay safety .
