It is very cozy and warm little hotel. It has free wi-fi .Microwave oven, hair dryer,and Kitchen utensil.

there are One double bed, and one singer bed, one sofa beds.Basically accommodate 4 people.
The house is located on the highest floor ,and is sunny. It does not need to turn on the air conditioner during the day and is very warm
Of course ,the room is equipped with air-conditioning with alternating heating and cooling.

The apartment is completely family-friendly and wheelchairs are not available.

It take only 5 minutes to walk to the Shiinamachi station. There is only one stop away from the business district "ikebukuro".
and there are many commercial streets along the way. as well as local snacks.

There is no elevator, but you need to use the stairs.
