- For security reasons, the hotel will close at 2:00, but the front desk provides 24-hour service, and will open the doors if called.

- The entire hotel is non-smoking. *Please note that if guests are found smoking or any sign of smoking is found in non-smoking areas, they will be charged a penalty fee.

- Children ages 6 and older require a fee (JPY 2,700).
- Semi-double rooms are limited to 2 guests only and are not available for groups of 3 that include a preschool age child. However, groups of 1 Adult guest and 1 Child guest younger than age 6 still require the Semi-double room charge.
