From 5 mins on foot from Otsuka station to the house. 2mins to convenient store and 4mins to supermarket. My house is located in quiet area so no need to worried be bothered by noise during night.
Since the house is newly built in year 2018, the house is design in simple and modern style with fully space utilization.All furniture and electrical appliances are all brand new and bought from famous furniture store which I wish to create a warm atmosphere to my guest when they stay in my house
The kitchen come with microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen supplies (pot, frying pan, dish) etc are prepared. For those who likes to cook, you can go to supermarket nearby to buy local fresh ingredients and enjoy cooking time in house which you wont able to experience if you stay in hotel.
1 toilet, 1 bathroom comes with bathtub and basin in the house which are separated so that 3 person can use it at the same time which can lessen your preparation time before go out. To minimize the weight of your luggage, we do also provide basic cleaning kits such as shampoos, conditioner, towels, body shampoos, hairdryer and washing machine in the house
-This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house, 100% privacy
