Be especially cautious during the night and early morning to avoid complaints from residents. 【Regarding Garbage Disposal】 A dedicated service will handle the garbage, so if it becomes full, please contact us. Please do not take the garbage outside by yourself. 【Smoking Policy】 Smoking is prohibited in the room, in front of the entrance, and in front of the building. 【Damage, Loss, and Other Matters】 If anything in the room is damaged, we will charge the equivalent cost for a new one.
