It's newly built apartment which is very clean & cozy! The interior is modern and Japanese style. There is main room & Kitchen in addition to loft room. Surrounding of the apartment has a lot of Japanese nostalgic shops even in the city, there are also 24hours convenience store, bar (Izaka-ya), restaurant. So it's very convenient area. Distance from station is within 2minutes by walk. Very good access to Shinagawa, Haneda & Narita airport. There are several parks, shrines & nice hot spring too! The room is located at 2nd floor. It's possible to stay up to 6persons if you use bed and futon beds. It's newly built with loft room. So it's very clean. The room is modern & Japanese style. We provide a pocket Wifi that you can use it outside the apartment while you are staying here. It's very useful because you can connect wifi everywhere in Tokyo. There are maps and guide books, coffee, tea and green tea for you to use.　 In the kitchen, we have a microwave, kettle, and cooking equipment.The washing machine with dry function is easy to use, we have some washing powder for you to use. In the bath room, we provide some fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap. It is in a very convenient spot, in between Shinagawa station and Haneda airport, only 2 minutes walk to the station! Also a short walk to cafes, shops, bars, convenience store, traditional area. The apartment is modern and the room is medium size but has everything you need. You can use all the space of the room. There are some maps and guide books of Shinagawa and Tokyo area in the room but if you need help I'm happy to help if I'm around. It's very close to shopping street from the apartment. There is 24hours convenience store nearby so it's very convenient location. Surrounding of the apartment has Ramen shop, Bakery, Fruit store, Yakitori, Yakiniku, Sweets etc. There are several nice parks, shrines and also nice hot spring (Onsen)! Only 2minutes walk to the station! It's in a mid city however you can enjoy real Japanese nostalgic town. Highly recommended town! It's convenient getting around! You can reach within 2minutes by walk both Shimbamba station which is on Keikyu line and the bus stop. So it's very convenient location! You can reach to Shinagawa station about 10-15minutes walk from the apartment! By train to Shimbamba station from airport. - 23 mins from Haneda Airport (Keikyu line) - About 75 mins from Narita Airport (Keikyu line) By train from Shimbamba station: - 2mins to Shinagawa station（Direct） - 15mins to Keikyu Kamata station（Direct） - 15mins to Tokyo station（Change once） - 12mins to Shimbashi station（Change once） - 19mins to Shibuya station（Change once） - 19mins to Akihabara station（Change once） - 22mins to Ueno station（Change once） - 21mins to Harajuku station（Change once） - 26mins to Shinjuku station（Change once） - 25mins to Tsukiji station（Change once） Please don't enter the pets to the room. Please don't make a party or shouting in the room. Because many peoples are living in around.
