【ご予約後の流れ】
マンスリー物件のため、賃貸契約書の締結が必要になります。
ステップ1：予約確定後、メールアドレスをお知らせください。
ステップ2：メールと毎月の賃貸契約書をお送りします。毎月の賃貸契約書に署名し、パスポートのコピーを提出してください。
ステップ3：契約書とパスポートのコピーを受け取った後、入居日の5日前に入居と退去のガイダンスをメールで送信します。
ステップ4：セルフチェックイン＆アウトになるので、到着日に鍵を受け取るために直接会う必要はありません。

長期滞在の場合（28日間）：
滞在中の光熱費が20000円を超える場合は、追加料金が発生する場合があります。 （通常使用は約15000円）。

Other things to note
Step 1 : Make a reservation via (URL HIDDEN)!
Step 2: Message us your email address.
Step 3: We will send you an email and monthly rental contract. Sign the monthly rental contract and submit with your passport copy.
Step 4 : After we receive your contract and passport copy, we will send the moving-in & out guidance five days before your moving in date by email.
Step 5: It will be Self Check-in ＆ out, so there is no necessary to meet us in person to receive a key on your arrival date.

For Long-term guest (for 28 days up):
