【ご予約後の流れ】
マンスリー物件のため、賃貸契約書の締結が必要になります。
ステップ1：予約確定後、メールアドレスをお知らせください。
ステップ2：メールと毎月の賃貸契約書をお送りします。毎月の賃貸契約書に署名し、パスポートのコピーを提出してください。
ステップ3：契約書とパスポートのコピーを受け取った後、入居日の5日前に入居と退去のガイダンスをメールで送信します。
ステップ4：セルフチェックイン＆アウトになるので、到着日に鍵を受け取るために直接会う必要はありません。

長期滞在の場合（28日間）：

Otemachi is the district just to the north of Marunouchi and is more or less a continuation of Marunouchi. It’s served by Otemachi Station – an important subway station which brings together the Marunouchi Line, the Chiyoda Line, the Tozai Line and the Hanzomon Line on the Tokyo Metro as well as the Toei Mita Line.
Kanda is a district northeast of the Imperial Palace. You won’t see many touristy things around here, as it’s known as an academic area with many schools and universities. My apartments located just a few minute walk from "5" Stations. You can take the train and subway to urban areas in Tokyo.

Step 1 : Make a reservation via agoda!
Step 2: Message us your email address.
Step 3: We will send you an email and monthly rental contract. Sign the monthly rental contract and submit with your passport copy.
Step 4 : After we receive your contract and passport copy, we will send the moving-in & out guidance five days before your moving in date by email.
Step 5: It will be Self Check-in ＆ out, so there is no necessary to meet us in person to receive a key on your arrival date.
