The old established ryokan (traditional Japanese-style inn) is located in the center of Kinosaki Onsen along the Otani River which has a beautiful avenue lined with willow trees. It is best suited for sotoyu-meguri (visiting the outside communal baths).
For guests booking through JAPANiCAN:
Those who are not able to check in by 18:00 may not be served dinner as it takes time to prepare the meal. Thank you for your understanding.

From Kinosakionsen Station (JR San-in Line): Take a Ryokan Union Bus bound for the Sennen no Yu Gonzaemon bus stop (about 7 min) and it is about 10 min on foot from there.,Dinner is served at 18:00 or 18:30, so be sure to check in before this time.
Guests arriving any later may not be served dinner.
Also, please contact the hotel in advance if arriving later than the arrival time given when booking.

For guests that have food allergies or foods that they cannot eat, please contact the facility in advance. Same day requests may not be accommodated.
