Conveniently located only a 2-minute walk to the nearest hot spring resort, this is the perfect place to refresh yourself on a daily basis. Free parking is also available. The nearest convenience store is also a 5-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchens with basic cooking utensils and washing machines are available for longer stays. Netflix is available free of charge on the TVs in the rooms. You can view the Toyako Long Run Fireworks from the premises and enjoy the luxurious night view. The Toyako Bus Terminal is also just a 10-minute walk away for easy access. Rooms have two beds and one folding bed, and can accommodate up to three people. Enjoy a comfortable stay while enjoying Lake Toya. Niseko and Rusutsu resorts are within driving distance, so please visit us during the winter ski season.

Starting April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Hokkaido. The tax is based on the accommodation fee and is charged per person per night. The tax rates are as follows: Over ¥20,000: ¥100 ¥20,000 to ¥50,000: ¥200 Over ¥50,000: ¥500 Additionally, each municipality may impose an extra charge of ¥100 to ¥2,000 per person per night on top of the Hokkaido accommodation tax. The accommodation fee includes the room charge and service fees, but excludes meal charges and consumption tax.
