From JR Hakodate Station: Take the JR Muroran Main Line bound for Sapporo and alight at Toya Station (about 90 min). Transfer to a Donan Bus bound for Higashimachi Sun Palace and get off at the Motomachi bus stop (about 20 min). It is about 1 min on foot from there.
From New Chitose Airport: At the New Chitose Airport Station, take the JR Chitose Line bound for Sapporo and alight at Minami-Chitose Station. Transfer to the JR Muroran Main Line bound for Hakodate and alight at Toya Station (about 60 min). Then transfer to a Donan Bus bound for Higashimachi Sun Palace and get off at the Motomachi bus stop (about 20 min). It is about 1 min on foot from there.

- About 20 min from Hokkaido Expressway Abuta-Toyako IC.

A free shuttle bus service runs between Sapporo Station and the hotel, and a shuttle bus service (charge required) runs between New Chitose Airport and the hotel. Requests can be made at the hotel for the shuttle bus service. (The shuttle bus from New Chitose Airport begins operation from Apr. 29, 2017.)
