The Saikanoyado Ichibou Hotel is located halfway up Mount Tsukuba and features panoramic views of the Kanto plains. Guests can also visit the Annex Tsukuba Hot Springs just across the road from the hotel for a relaxing soak in a natural onsen.

From Tsukuba Express station: Take a shuttle bus for Kanto Tetsudo Tsukubasan. Get off at Tsukubasan-Jinja-Iriguchi (approx. 40 min). The hotel is about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
By car: Exit the Joban Expressway at Tsuchiura Kita IC. Take the National Route 125 for approximately 35 minutes (20km), then change to the Prefectural Route 14 and continue for about 5 minutes. Landmarks: Mount Tsukuba.,*Notice of Smoking Ban in All Guestrooms
