The current generation has been in charge of this inn for the past 3 years and while it holds onto its long-followed traditions and warmness of the Showa period, it aims to offer guests a new style of hospitality.

From Sakata Station (JR Uetsu Line): About 30 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by taxi (Approx. 670 JPY / Current as of Jan. 2016).
From Sakata Station: Kanko Jitensha (tourist bikes) can be rented. (About 10 minutes to the hotel.) The hotel accepts the bikes so guests can arrive and check in directly. Additionally, if guests contact the hotel in advance, they can be picked up by shuttle from the station or bus stop.
From Shonai Airport: About 30 minutes by taxi. (Standard city fare: Approx. 4,500 / person. By shared taxi: Approx. 1,500 JPY (prior reservation required 0234-22-9444).
Limousine bus departs 10 minutes after plane's arrival: Get off at Nakamachi. About 15 minutes on foot from there. By taxi: 670 JPY. If a shuttle service is required, please contact the hotel in advance.,
