This ryokan (Japanese-style hotel) is situated on the banks of Lake Yamanaka and has a surrounding view of the lake and Mt. Fuji. You can see the lake as you eat dinner in the Japanese restaurant.
Lake Yamanaka is situated 1,000 meters above sea level, and is known as the nearest lake to Mt. Fuji.
The area is famous as the largest highland resort in the Fuji Five Lakes.
Tucked in a quiet location along Lake Yamanaka, this hotel is a popular choice from individuals to groups.
It has a total of 20 rooms, some with a scenic view of Mt. Fuji while some with a beautiful view of the lake.
Japanese-style rooms are on the Mt. Fuji Side, while Western-style and Japanese/Western combination rooms are on the Lake Yamanaka side.
On site are two kinds of large communal baths, each with a uniquely appealing open-air bath. At night, look forward to feeling the cool breeze while gazing up at the starry sky.

The Tagaogi dining venue will be the same for dinner and breakfast: either the Japanese restaurant Miyabi, which features a panoramic view of Lake Yamanaka, or the Utage banquet hall.

Dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room. There is no in-room dining or private rooms.
