Some rooms are equipped with linen service and air conditioning for your convenience. In-room entertainment such as television, is provided for guests in select rooms. The ryokan also offers a refrigerator in some rooms for when you feel like it is needed. Knowing that bathroom amenities play an important role in increasing guests' satisfaction, the ryokan provides a hair dryer, toiletries and towels in some select rooms.

We offer a shuttle service between our hotel and Yufuin Station. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use this service.

・If you have a child aged 0 to 2 years old who is not listed in the reservation information on the day of arrival, you will be required to pay an additional fee.

・If you are staying multiple nights and your room needs cleaning, you will not be able to stay in the accommodation between 10:00 and 15:00. If you are okay with just changing your towels, you can stay. In that case, we will give you towels at check-in.
・We cannot accommodate allergies on the day of arrival. There is an additional charge for accommodating allergies. Please contact the inn in advance.
- If you are booking for two rooms or more (five people) or if you have preschool children, the conditions are different.
[Pick-up and drop-off] Please make sure to make a reservation in advance by the day before your stay.
[Dinner time] Due to seating arrangements, dinner will start at 6pm. We appreciate your understanding.
