all facilities in the property can be use by guest. roof top infinity pool, kids playground and gym. area for BBQ are available subject to early booking with deposits.

The property is at the roadside of Jalan Langgar, the area is busy in the morning so if you are having important appointments in morning, you may leave at least 10 to 20 minutes earlier.
the rest of the time is cozy and not so crowded. suitable place to bring your family either for leisure or work.
If you are using own transport, you may exit at Alor Star (U). Less than 5 minutes drive to reach the property.
