A spacious house which strategicly located nearby to Arau Train Station , Uitm Arau, Unimap main campus, Politeknik . A very safe and calming neighboorhood which guest may feel extraordinaryly far from busy hectic life in town. House may accomodate 11 guests at one time as extra single bed provided. Restaurant and mall are only 2minutes drive. Our unit had 3 bedrooms 1) Room 1 (upstairs ): 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress 2)Room 2 ( upstairs ) : 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress 3) Room 3 ( downstairs ) : 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress . All rooms had air conditioned & ceiling fan . 1 foldable toto also available . 2 Shared bathrooms with water heater . Upon check in, guest may need to show identity card / passport with security deposit RM100 ( refundable ) upon check out . Wifi password and self check in instruction will be given after guest showed id card n deposit
