• Please bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, personal toiletries, but we do provide shower gel and shampoo.
• With highland cold weather, we have no air-conditioning but breezy wind to chill you out.
-Ceiling fans are provided for all bedrooms & living room
-Do bring along an Umbrella or raincoat in case of rain
• Do pack few warm clothing as the weather can be quiet cold at night.
• BBQ/heavy cooking disallowed, but we do provide utensils for simple light cooking like steamboat.
• One free parking space inside our gated and guarded property, additional car will be charged RM10 per car by management.
• Deposit of RM100 will be collected and it is refundable upon guests check out if everything is well-placed.
• My caretakers live in Quintet. They can assist you well throughout the stay.

- Cleaning and spray sanitizing services will be provided after every guests checked out from our home.
- To be considerate to the neighbours, guests are advised not to nmake excessive noise after 2300.
- Guest are not allowed to wear shoes into the
house. Kindly make use of the in house sandals instead.
-Guests are advised not to eat or drink on the bed.
-High quality water dispenser provided & appreciated that all guests can takes a good care of it so that the next guests are able to enjoy the same benefits
