Our brand new Condominium unit nestled amidst rolling hills on Tanah Rata, the guest will enjoy the lush and relaxing surroundings afforded by its own private landscaped gardens in front of Club House, yet be within walking distance to key public amenities. Parking is inside our gated and guarded property right in front your view from the balcony. Our home is spacious and functional. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.

The space
Our home is a brand new in prime location of historic Tanah Rata. Perfectly located close to grocery & laundry shops, restaurant, cafe, Starbucks coffee, taxi & bus terminal.

Guest access
You get the best of both worlds with the quiet private location and a five-minute walk down the road (600m) into historic Tanah Rata town with all the restaurants, coffee shops and stores for your enjoyment.There are also a wide array of restaurants, cafe and self-laundry to choose from the nearby apartment's shops which are merely 5 minutes walk.

Interaction with guests
We respect our guest’s privacy and we are here to assist with any needs or questions they have although we have a self-check-in system.

Other things to note
Just treat my unit as your own during your stay. You will not find any house rules or notes inside my unit just for you have a feeling of "home away from home". Everything will be given below for your kind attention only:

1. There is a centralized hot water switch for both bathrooms' shower. You need to on the switch located at the common bathroom to get the hot shower for both bathrooms ( on the switch for 15 minutes prior to your shower to get the hot water)
2. A big Trash Container is located at the entrance of Ground Floor. Do clear your trash when check-out.
3. One parking lot will be provided during check-in. Additional cars can be parked at the visitor car park.
