Our listing is a NEW double storey house, located at Taman Sri Penawar, which 5 to 10mins drive to DESARU beach, Tanjung Balau beach and also Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark.
Our theme is based on minimalist nordic style, warmth and comfort, which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for:
- Medium Families (Max 10pax)
- Local or overseas travellers
- Business traveler(s)

A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, living hall and kitchen. In the house, it including TV, TV console Game, Sofa, Dining table, Kitchen cabinet, Induction Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, and some basic utensils. steamboat and bbq is allowed and utensil will be provided.

All the bedrooms and living room are providing full air-con. Besides, water-heater are also providing in all bathrooms. We also providing washing machine, just in case guest need to use it.

Wi-Fi currently is AVAILABLE ! guests can enjoy TVbox unlimited tv programmes, dramas and movies. Besides, mahjong sets and table is provided too. :)

We are providing self check-in. Once booking is done, we will send you a pin code for self check-in with smart lockbox for getting the keys in advance. The lockbox just in front of the main door.
Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Deposit will be apply before /upon check in.

There are no Grab services around at Desaru, guest can rent a car with Klezcar at Desaru. The best option is guest needs car to get around to any places and attractions.

From JB, u can drive thru by Senai-Desaru highway to desaru. Our homestay just 4 mins away from exit of Desaru highway toll only.
From our homestay, it just need within 5mins to reach those shops and get some foods.
It’s very easy to go around .
