It is a new Double storey house located at Taman Sri Penawar, Senorita area, the exact address is 61, Jalan Seroja 8 which 15-18mins drive to DESARU beach, 6 mins drive to Tanjung Balau beach and also 15-18mins drive Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark.
Our theme is based on warmth and comfort with KTV system, which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for:

- Local or overseas travellers

A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, living hall and kitchen. In the house, it including TV, Sofa, Dining table, Kitchen cabinet, Induction Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, bbq pit and some basic utensils.
All the bedrooms and living room are providing full air-con. Besides, water-heater are also providing in all bathrooms. We also provide washing machine, just in case guest need to use it.
unifi Wi-Fi is AVAILABLE! We do provide KTV system for entertainment. Mahjong and mahjong table are provided. BBQ Pit is available, guest need provide bbq net, charcoal, and skewer/satay sticks.
We are providing self check-in. Once booking is done, we will send you a pin code for self check-in with smart lock.
Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Deposit will be apply before /upon check in.

There are no Grab services around at Desaru. The best option is guest needs car to get around to any places and attractions.
From JB, u can drive thru by Senai-Desaru highway to desaru. Our homestay just 5 mins away from exit of Desaru highway toll only. From our homestay, it just need within 5mins to reach those shops and get some foods. It’s very easy to go around .
