Our listing is a spacious Semi-D unit, located at Arcadia, Taman Desaru Utama.
5 minutes DRIVING distance to shop lots area. 15-18 minutes DRIVE to DESARU beach, Tanjung Balau beach and Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark.

Our Semi-D homestay is KTV and Kids- friendly theme which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for:
- Big Family (up to 15 pax)
- Business traveller

Main attraction of our homestay is the KTV system, guest can sing K here, however, guests need to lower down the volume after 10PM.
The space
The house is fully furnished including TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, microwave, fridge, bbq pit and some basic utensils. please note that bbq net, charcoals and skwer/ satay sticks need to prepare by guests.

Layout with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living halls and kitchen.
All the bedrooms and living halls are fully equipped with air conditioners.
All the Bedrooms are en suite with bathroom (water-heater provided).
Washing machine provided for guest use.
Master bedroom furnish with King size bed + 1 single bed
2nd bedrooms furnish with 2 Queen size beds
3rd bedrooms furnish with Queen size bed.
4th bedroom furnish with Queen size bed.
(All beds comes with comfy pillows and comforters)

Wi-Fi is AVAILABLE! We do provide TV, TV box, KTV system, guests can enjoy sing k in our unit. Also, We do provide Mahjong for entertainment.

We are providing self check-in. Once booking is done, we will send you a pin code for self check-in with smart lock.
Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Deposit will be apply before /upon check in.

Please note that there are no Grab services around at Desaru, guest can rent a car and drive to Desaru. The best option is guest have own transport to get around to any places and attractions.
From JB, u can drive thru by Senai-Desaru highway to desaru. Our homestay just 4 mins away from exit of Desaru highway toll only. From our homestay, it just need within 5mins to reach those shops and get some foods. It’s very easy to go around .
