To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following details before confirming your reservation:
1. Check-In Restrictions:
Last-minute check-ins, same-day check-ins, or instant bookings on weekends, public holidays, or after 5 pm are NOT available. Please plan accordingly to ensure your booking is confirmed in advance.
2. TVP Pass Collection:
All guests must collect a Temporary Visitor Pass (TVP) before checking in. The location for pass collection will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed.
3. Guest Details:
Please provide us with the required details at least one day before check-in. We will send you all necessary information after your booking is complete.
4. Security Check:
Upon entering Tiara Desaru Residences, guests and visitors must show the TVP pass and your IC (Identification Card) to security for verification.
5. Parking Guidelines:
Parking in non-designated areas is strictly prohibited, including places like turning circles, bus stops, roadways, yellow lines, etc. Please park only in designated spots to avoid any issues.
6. Pass Display Requirement:
The TVP pass must be clearly displayed on the front windscreen of your vehicle at all times for inspection. Failure to display the pass may result in your vehicle being clamped. A RM200 release fee will be charged for clamp removal.
