The villa is about 10 mins drive to Desaru Adventure Waterpark, Desaru Beach, and Golf courses.

This villa estate is guarded by 24/7 security. There is a big empty space next to the villa for guests to organize group games and the kids can play at the nearby playground. Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse facilities included Adult/Children Swimming Pool, Gyms, Jacuzzi Pool, Tennis Court, and Playground.
The guest access fee is RM10 / pax.
