This is 3 room apartment with 2 bathroom, total 4 Comfortable Queen sized Dreamland Hotel Bed set.
Kitchen with cooking Utensils, including Microwaze, rice cooker & kettle & Elec stove.
Smart TV with WIFI.

4 units 3 room apartment located Silverpark Resort Bukit Fraser.
It is Block B15 ( you can get 4G most of the time)
We have 4 units:-
2 units side by side at 3rd floor ( walk up 8 step only from ground/ parking level; Another 2 units at 4th floor
Each unit accommodate for max 8 guest( ideally 6 adults 2 kids)
4 units accomodate for 32 guest.
Many private condo banned short term rental, theefore Silverpark is very straight on Noise issue,please follow Housing rules, no Noise party & others similar activities is allowed.
Apartment come with cooking utensils, we have below:-
- Elec Stove (2 bunners), Microwaze, kettle, Rice cooker, steambot pot 8 sets of Bowl, plate, Cup,spoon, fork & chopstic, frying pan & boiling pot with spatula & scope.
Smart TV with share wifi (more people to log in wifi is slower), you may log in to own Neflix.

Silverpark Resort is private apartment, you may excess to Children playground & Cafe (may open anytime after 15th Dec 2022.
24 hours security guard is availeble for all visitors

Each apartment max 2 car Excess card, no visitor parking available, nearest parking area is about 500meter away at mosque area or food court area.
Free parking at Any Yellow line parking lot Only
Expected Quiet hour after 10.30pm
We advise soft talk at living hall after 10.30pm, security guard may knock yr door if the volume us beyong tolerate level
