3) Level 7 - Facilities (Swimming Pool, Playground, Tai Chee Garden, Changing Rooms, Multipurpose Hall and Management Office)
4) Level 15- Accommodation level
4) Level 21 -Sky Garden and Sky Bridge for Ipoh City View.
A refundable damage deposit of RM300 will be imposed.
