(1)【Registration】
For security reasons, all guests/visitors are required to show valid photo ID prior to check-in. Acceptable forms include driver's license, passport, etc.
(2)【Number of Occupants】
We only allow guests to check in according to the number of guests in the guest's itinerary. If the number of people staying is different from the name on the reservation, the guest must declare it. No other tenants are allowed to stay except the declared tenants. Management reserves the right to evict undeclared guests during their stay
(3)【Deposit】
A deposit of RM100.00 is required when checking in. The deposit is refundable upon check-out upon inspection of the apartment and return of all keys.
(4)【Early check-in, late check-out and late check-in】
Early check-in or extand check-out (with informed) will be charge a Rm20/hr while late check-out (without inform) will charge for Rm30/hr.
(5)【Cleaning Fee】
The cleaning fee is a one-time cleaning and laundry service after the guest checks out. If necessary, we will charge for additional house cleaning and laundry.
(6) 【Outdoor Shoes】
Please take off your shoes when entering the house. In-room slippers are provided.
(7) 【Smoking】
All rooms are 100% non-smoking. Guests who violate the smoking policy will be charged a cleaning fee of MYR 500.00.
(8)【Damaged wooden floor]
There is no luggage towing on the hardwood floors. It can damage polished wooden floors.
(9)【Mobile furniture】
Guests are not allowed to rearrange any interior furniture without our consent. It can damage furniture and floors. Guests who violate the policy will be fined RM300.
(10)【Power off】
Please be sure to turn off all air conditioners and lights before leaving the apartment.
(11)【Stains and Damage】
Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guests on our sheets or towels, rugs, rugs, sofas, chairs, paint, hair dryers, etc. will be charged to the guest.
(12)【Video/Photoshoot】
{No visitors allowed} Use the apartment for accommodation only. Apart from declarations, we prohibit other purposes such as visits, gatherings, get-togethers, parties, celebrations, photography or photography in the apartment**. If a tenant violates the policy, management reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary.
(13) 【Key/Access Card/Parking Card】
Guests are responsible for providing their apartment keys, access cards and parking cards upon arrival. If apartment keys, access cards and parking cards are damaged or lost, a fee of MYR 100.00 per card will be charged.
(14)【Pets】
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Guests who have pets in the apartment may face disciplinary action and be charged damage and/or cleaning fees.
(15)【Strong tasting food】
Durians and events are not allowed in the apartment.
(16)【VIP valuables】
Guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe, so please take care of them during your stay, especially when you are not present.
(17) 【Indoor/outdoor cleaning】
It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary manner. This responsibility includes both the interior of the apartment and the external areas surrounding the apartment. Apartments and furniture should be kept clean and hygienic to avoid causi
