Onsen hotspring PREMIUM Suite resort home is located right at the sunway lost world city tambun ipoh. Strategic location which near to every where. Can go anywhere by walking, public transports, or driving.
Public transportation is easily accessible. If you come from KL or Penang, you could even take the Electric Train System (ETS) at the main train station to Ipoh Train Station. Besides, you could always use UBER or taxi to bring you to any destination in ipoh.
There is a bus stop just nearby the condo. Shopping mall,Famous eateries, bar, and shop lots just in nearby area.
for check in this unit, u need get the QRCODE fr host, to scan the door into lobby to get yr car park access card from the letter box. then park in ur car and scan tye lift by yr card or qr code to go up into tye unit.
- u will be given 2 free car parks. Extra car u may register as visitor car park.
House rules:
-swimming suit are compulsory in swimming pool n water park
-Rm200 damage deposit will be collected upon check in and returned upon check out to protect against damage and missing items. pls take care of the property and surrounding area clean and tidy.
any damage/missing items will be charged to the guest (refer our inventory and inspection list.)
-strictly no smoking inside the entire premise. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm250
-guest are not allowed to throw rubbish outside the unit from the balcony.
- party /event charges rm250 or above. Holding a party private event without any prior notice will be penalty
- no pets and durians (violation of the above rules will incur penalty of rm250)
- lost of access card and keys will be incur a penalty of rm150 .
- kindly utilise with care the house hold equipment and electronic devices. any damage and loss will be charged to the guest.
- guest are required to switch off all electricity, lights, air cond when away from home. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm100
- guest are allowed to cook light food. No heavy cooking or too dirty, will be charged extra cleaning fees.
- cleanliness of homestay is to be observed all the time
- any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken.
-no shoes allowed enter the house.
- wash own dishes after eating
- check out late will be surcharged rm35 per hour (for extension based on availability)
- maximum num of guest for the specific permises are stated. Exceed num of guest will be surcharge rm25 per pax.
During the stay, the host or management will not be responsible of any accident, death, injuries, loss or damage of personal belongings.
