A Triple Storey Semi-D Villa with Underground Floor located in between Lost World of Tambun (LWOT) and Ipoh City Centre.
This property is primarily set up for those who wish to stay for convenience of travelling between LWOT & City Centre.
It features a fish pond, huge parking space, and lower ground social lounge for entertainment.
Our Villa is fully furnished and is of Hotel's standard. Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, water dispenser machine (hot & warm), two-door fridge, towels and toiletries are provided.

Guests are welcomed to utilise the entire property for their stay. Do note that this is not a wheelchair friendly place as you would need to climb stairs in order to go into the Villa.
I will not be available in person however I'll always be avaliable via call or WassApp.
We are located in a quiet neighbourhood but a stone throw away from the main commercial area.

Guests are recommended to drive, there's plenty of space for parking.
1. Guests are required to climb stairs in order to go into the Villa.
2. A security deposit of RM200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded within one (1) day after check-out if there's no loss, damage, or negligence is found.
