[Parking]
For parking, we do provide 1 (ONE) Free parking and guest need to park at parking lot which we provided. Extra car can parking at visitor and overnight need to pay RM20 per night
[Access Card]
Only ONE (1) access card and key provided. No extra access card. *Lost access card and parking device will be charged for a replacement cost at RM300/pc*
[OTHERS]
1. We don’t provide any face/hand towels (only bath towels). No daily change towels service.
2. Cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service available including long stay.
3. Any cleaning /room service request will be charged Rm80/session. (Available daily 12pm-4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, prior to 1 day notice)
4. For any unremoveable stain/damage/ smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under cleaning fee.
5. Self prepare universal adapter & laundry detergent.
6. We don't provide Netflix and Youtube account here. Guest need to login own account for used. *We don't provide any account
7. Check in 3pm onwards, check out latest by 12pm only.
8. Kitchen able to light cooking. (Only light cooking allowed)
9. Check out latest by 12pm. Any later check out than 12pm need to depends the availability of the unit. ( 1 hour RM30)
10. Make sure your personal belongings are well packed. Management will not accept Responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left on these premise after guest check out.
11. Any cancellation will be based on the agoda cancellation policies.
