We will hold a damage deposit of RM300 per stay. Since Agoda does not collect damage deposits, we will send through an invoice prior to your stay to collect this deposit. This will be pre-authorised on your card 2 days before check-in and refunded back to you after check-out if no damages are reported. Each pre-authorisation only lasts 7 days before expiring, so if your stay is longer than 5 days, we will pre-authorise another damage deposit on the 5th day after the first one expires.
