- We have premium quality King size beds with hotel quality bed linens. We guarantee a good night sleep here!
- Single size floor mattress will be provided ONLY when you booked as 3 or 4 guests. Additional floor mattress can be provide upon request, but subject to availability.

We had prepared electric kettle for you to make some coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenes from the french windows

- You will have the entire place to yourself.

- You will get the whole unit to yourself like it’s your second home in Johor Bahru. This apartment has 24-hour security surveillance assuring you peace of mind during your stay.
- If you need transport service from Singapore Changi Airport / Johor Senai airport to my place, or you need to rent a car, I will try my best to arrange for you. I will provide the contact number of car rental service via private message after your confirmation.
- For your convenience, you do not need to rush to check-in before 3pm. The self-Check-In Instruction will be sent to you before 10am on that day of your arrival .

- Please take note security deposit will NOT be charged or held against your credit/debit card. Unless there's a damage on the house or non-observance of house rules or fine imposed by building management for rules violation.
- Check-In Time is anytime after 3pm, Check-Out Time is before 12pm.
- Self-Laundry machine is provided at the basement
