The fully air-conditioned apartment has Studio unit with King size bed (2 person) & 1 SOFA BED (1 person). Facilities in the apartment include water heater, refrigerator, TV, washing machine with dryer, microwave oven, ceramic glass hob, basic kitchen utensils and plates/bowls/glasses/cups/cutlery.
Long term tenants will like the capacious wardrobe spaces and many storage cabinets.

1. We will collect security deposit RM 200 by ONLINE TRANSFER before check in. (Refundable within 24hour after check out)
2. Guest detail & a copy of driving License/ Passport/ NRIC is required send through whatapps.
3. Only full vaccinated guest is allowed to check in.
4. Strictly follow building management rules and house rules
5. No illegal acitivities/ No party/ No event
