In order to provide greater privacy and security, there are limited entry points with perimeter fencing and CCTV surveillance link to the guard house.
All communication is through AirnBnB. Host and Co Host will share social media phone number after booking confirmation. Guest can always free to call or text us.
Guest who books the house will be entertain as visitor of D'Secret Garden. Thus, guest need to register as visitor at the security guard by showing QR Code provided by host before entering the gated residence.
Host will make up the room according to the number of confirm guest. Please sincerely declare the exact number of guests entering the home.
Make sure you keep all the time the security access card with you for entering all the facilities, and lift access.
Guest may access all the facilities by taping security card and proceed to club house.
Non Halal food, liquor, party, smoking and drug abuse is not allowed in the unit. Guest shall incur a penalty of RM300 per incident.
Late check out is discourage for convinience of other guest. Extra charges of RM50/hour for late check out.
