Make sure you keep all the time the security access card with you for entering all the facilities, opening the boom gate and lift access.
Guest may access all the facilities by taping security card and proceed to club house.
Non Halal food, liquor, party, smoking and drug abuse is not allowed in the unit. Guest shall incur a penalty of RM300 per incident.
Late check out is discourage for convinience of other guest. Extra charges of RM50/hour for late check out.
