Our kitchen and dining area very spacious around 500 square feet.It can be prefect place for your family gathering wedding ceremony, proposal event, comfortable holiday home.LF Pool Villa offers comprehensive range of facilities and amenities as follows;- 2 King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Bed, 6 Single Beds- 3+1 Private Bathrooms with hot shower- Free WiFi- Cooking utensil and kitchen ware, - TV set, - Washing Machine, - fridge, - 6 air-conditioners.- Iron & ironing board- drying rack- Shower gel and hair shampoo (please prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste)- BBQ and food truck are not allow. - No pet allow- This home stay are not allow any commercial events and party. - swimming pool (1.0m +- deep) operating from 8am to 8pm- Outdoor activity must dismiss before 10.30pm, gazebo and outdoor lighting will turn off around 11.00pm. - KTV Operating from 9am to 11.00pm,Netflix and YouTube not affect. - outdoor have CCTV-Events ,party and 20pax above or order an outside buffet must early inform and get approved from owner additional RM200.00 charges-parking lot only provide 8 nos must early inform if more than 8 car(included roadside)PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK -New opening 350 sf cinema room (unlimited shows by Netflix)c/w pro KTV and full size table soccer just add on RM100.00-BECAUSE OF RMCO OUR PLACE ONLY CAN FIX 15PAX
