The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.,A cash security deposit of 200 MYR is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.,The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash.,From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay.
