Encorp Marina Residences is strategically located at Puteri Harbour.The cozy studio unit has a king-sized bed & you can enjoy the magnificent scenery while you open the curtain or on a large balcony! A group of 4 could enjoy the space together.The Studio Suite is 582 sq.ft. with 1 comfortable linen king bed & 1 sofa bed. You are accessing the entire unit attach with living room and kitchen. Indeed, there is a spacious and large balcony where you can enjoy fascinating harbour view at anytime. We are also providing a washing machine for longer stay customer.1st Bed: King sized bed with white bedsheet cover & quilt2nd Bed: Sofa Bed at Living Room (appx size 182cm L x 110cm W), suit for 1 adult OR 2 kids, one pillow and blanket will be prepared, we keep these at cabinet in the master bedroom, guests are required do-it-yourself if sofa bed is needed to open as a bed.*We provide floor mattress upon request with extra cost applied, guest has to inform us prior your check-in, so our team shall get it ready before your stay. Last minutes request subject to availability.The Bathroom1st at Master bedroom: 1 bathroom + 1 bathtubThe bathroom comes with basic shampoo, shower gel & toilet rolls. Hairdryer is in the drawer of dressing table in master bedroomThe living space has a dining tableThe kitchen has an induction cooker, basic cooking utensil, basic culinary, cups. We also provide a washing machine for longer stay guest. The unit is suitable for business stay / family stay. Each guest will get ONE set of access card & key. Guest can only park at VISITOR PARKING which located at Basement after obtaining the access card upon check-in. The car park is free-of-charges.
