An absolute beach front property by the 7 km white sandy beach. From the villa, a breathtaking sea view with spectacular sunset, making it a perfect escape for families, friends and couples. The beach/ sea is a stone throw away from the villa, perfect place to chill, relax and capture the picturesque infinity seaview or a swim in the sea. The villa is 26 kilometers away from the city centre, Gaya Street. 34 kilometers away from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The space This self-catered, self checked-in BeachFront Pool Villa has 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that comprises a private Jacuzzi hot tub, shower cubicle and a big mirror; with a courtyard at the back of ensuite which make your bath most memorable. Second bedroom with two single beds and a dressing table with mirror. The second bathroom is completed with all you need. This self-catered villa comes with kitchenette and basic cooking utensils and amenities. The dining table with 4 chairs are next to the living room with daybed and settee; they are by the lap pool where you can watch your loved one having fun at the lap pool. The gazebo at the backyard by the beach, is a perfect place to chill and dine with unforgettable views. You can have a maximum of 2 cars to park in front of the villa. Guest access Guests have the whole villa & private lap pool to their own (no owner lock ups) with access to an on-site swimming pool located in front of the service apartments. Other things to note The area is secluded, quiet and calming private property, not a place to host a party. However, it is a best local short holiday home away from home, as it’s not far from KK city. The properties are owned by individual owners mostly living abroad with some retirees living within. Most of the properties are managed by local management companies. There are some shops, 7-11 and local food store at Melawa which is about 15 minutes drive away. The nearest supermarket, fast food and some local food outlets are at Indah Permai, 20 minutes drive away from the resort. 1Borneo shopping centre in KK is about 25 minutes drive away. Suria Capital, Centre Point and Imago are three ( 3 ) of the most visited shopping malls in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, where you can find department stores, fast food outlets, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. In the Villa The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, electric stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils including pots & pan, four sets of meal utensils, coffee & tea making facilities. The television has satellite channel ASTRO and DVD player, you are welcome to bring your own DVD. Downloading your own movie to be brought to the villa will be recommended as the reception in the area is not strong. Water pressure is occasionally unstable in this area. Electricity in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is unstable at times.
