Welcome to CC Homestay & Suites.
We are located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu town and just right above the biggest mall in Kota Kinabalu town area.
Welcome to our home with provide free wifi , a flat screen tv, equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, fridge and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy shopping just right downstairs.
We hope you enjoy your trip at SABAH , Kota Kinabalu.
The unit have two rooms with air conditioner, living room with air conditioner to relax enjoy watching tv , two bathrooms, while can sleep up to 8 pax .

We provide washing machine and hanging rack. You can find rice cooker and kettle in the kitchen.
Our house is on the 5th floor . There is a lake view from the balcony . Smokers can smoke at the balcony. Our facilities is on the 6th floor .
The park is so nice you may walk walk there , it’s a relaxing place to chill.

Airport transfer can be provided on request subject to availability. A fee of RM50.00 will be charged per vehicle transfer up to 4-6 persons or depending on their luggage bags.
Security access card and keys will be provided to guest.
The security access card can grants access to the secured lobby entrance, lift to swimming pool,playground and etc.
A free secured car park is available should you require one.
Kindly inform in advance as security access card is different with parking access card. Our parking space situated within the building at 4th floor.

Our unit is just right above of the famous Imago shopping mall in Sabah KK within a walking distance, and we are surrounded by many delicious restaurant and exciting night life.
