One booking is for the entire house and it is a landed bungalow. The house has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms, 9 beds, ideal for group of maximum 12 person (additional mattress with charges after 12 guest up to 16 guests ) ,located just around city area and airport. All rooms are fully air conditioned equipped with ceiling fans too. This house is always kept clean at all times! All bed linens Including bedsheets and comforter, pillow covers will be washed and change after each guests left... No re-use after the last guests! Guaranteed! The house is a single private bungalow which you can stay in an entire house free from crowded places or confusing housing area. Just 2 minutes out from the house, you will enter a bustling city life! The beach is just 3 minutes away where you can join hundreds of tourists witnessing the grandest and most beautiful sunset ever in every evening. If you are driving, we have ample parking space for up to 4 cars and with auto gate as well. No queues or jam, just drive right in! The place is about 4 km from airport. Going to the latest and biggest shopping centre called Imago is just 5 minute ride. Going to the city centre is also within 10 minutes. Just a few minutes walk from the homestay, you can find a host of eateries, fast food, seafood restaurant, Korean restaurant, KFC, halal restaurants and a few 24 hours convenient stores..... just around the corner or walking distance... City tour or going around places of interest like Mount Kinabalu , Kundasang, islands, can be arranged. Rent-a-car available too.
