Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom condominium. Our unit is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes away from the KK International airport. There are several restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to find everything you need during your stay.
Besides, there is a 24Hrs convenient store (Orange) and vending machines within the premises. Our unit is perfect for families or groups of friends who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
The unit is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom come with a comfortable bed and fresh linens and fresh towels will be provided in each bathroom. The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa-bed and android TV connected with Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic things you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, induction cooker, kettle, and microwave.
Additionally, the unit comes with a washer, dryer, iron, and iron board, so you can easily do your laundry during your stay.

Check In & Check Out Instructions
Check In (After 3pm)
1. On check in day, go to Tower B Level 1 customer service to draw the access card (Unit No: 13A-01)
2. You will be using the access card for passenger lift to our floor unit and condo facilities during your stays.
3. Once you at our unit, key in the above access code on the digital lock (Door2).
Check Out (Before 12pm)
1. Return the access card to the customer service and you are good to go.
Additional Notes:
1. Strictly no smoking indoors
2. Proper swimming attire is required for the condo swimming pool
3. RM40 per hour additional charge required for early check in and late check out depends on availability
