5) Please SWITCH OFF electrical appliances before leaving the house.
6) DO NOT put your garbage at corridor, garbage bin is set in each floor.
7) The HOST reserves the right to impose charges on missing/damaged items in the house.
8) Tough or permanent stains occurred will be charged to you according to the item's price defined.
9) The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
10) RM50 will be charged for subsequent hour. Ie: 1 hour = RM50 ; 2 hours RM100 etc
11) Check Out Time: 12pm
12) The host reserves the right to bring legal action against the guest on non-compliance of house rules.
