Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The private porch can fit up to three cars guarded by an automatic gate. You can also park cars next to the street, provided it's not directly in front of a neighbour’s gate.
• ALL bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioning and wall fans
• ALL bathrooms have showers with centralised heating and pump, hand soap, bathing soap and shampoo
• 300Mbps 5GHz and 2.4GHz WiFi
• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery (spoons, forks, knives), pots, pans, hand soap, dishwashing soap, sponge, gas stove and water dispenser
• The living room has air-conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix and soccer table
• We provide a hairdryer and washing machine (we do not provide detergent)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. All guests MUST be FULLY VACCINATED with MySejahtera as proof
2. This homestay can very comfortably accommodate 8-10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3. Extra guests are welcomed with no extra cost.
4. On request, we provide additional foldable mattresses at RM15/each
5. On request, for RM50/night, we can unlock an additional fully air-conditioned bedroom (SAME house), totalling to 5 bedrooms
6. Please do not wear shoes, smoke, bring durians or pets into the homestay
