2. Bring in the genuine overnight visitors. If your agoda numbers do not match, we may deny entry. Residence overcrowding costs RM200/person.
3.Keep it quiet after 11 p.m. After this hour, swimming pools and outdoor gatherings are prohibited. We respect our neighbours' privacy.
4. The RM100 security deposit is required for all bookings. It will be fully refunded if the home is tidy and undamaged. We will refund it two days after checkout.
