This is our 2 bedrooms Family Suite in TimurBay Seafront Residences Apartment located along the shores of Balok Beach, Kuantan! It is complemented by resort themed amenities with sea and pool view, a perfect beach getaway for families and friends!
Away from busy life and traffic, TimurBay Seafront Residences Apartment is a relaxing & quiet place for families and friends gathering with stunning view of Balok Beach, facing the South East China Sea!
Our cozy 2 bedrooms Family Suite is located next to Swiss Garden Resort Residences on Jln Kuantan - Kemaman, Mukim Sungai Karang. Our suite can fit 5-6 persons comfortably. Our suite has a great view facing the sea & pool! The unit is fully furnished with a cozy and homey set up and interior, with easy access to various facilities provided for tenants and in-house guests. Please treat the place as it is yours :)

Here is some house rules we implemented in our unit to ensure you get a better experience and hygienic.
- No smoking in the unit. Penalty and additional cleaning fee will be applied if smoking in the unit.
- Only light cooking is allowed, otherwise the entire unit will be smelly :)
- After swimming, please dry yourself first before entering to the building & unit to avoid anyone slipping and injury.
- Please keep your voice down after 10PM as there might be babies trying sleep next door :)
- Kindly ensure you close all doors, switch off the power of all electronics equipment before leaving.
CLEANING IN LIGHT OF COVID-19:
- To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we assure you we will disinfect the unit thoroughly with bleach and anti-bacterial cleaning products before check in.
*Please ensure you have a face mask upon entering and exiting the building. This is for your own safety, as well as the safety of the people in the building.
