We are in Tower 3 , facing the airport. Top floor (Level 13) means fresh air with no mosquitoes.
Starting 1/1/2023 condo facilities (e.g. pool and gym) are not available for homestay guests - Building management rule. (Covers all units at Vivacity, not just ours)
TWO (2) sets of door key and access card issued.
ONE (1) shaded allocated carpark space, issued upon request. If you have more than 1 vehicle, your extra vehicle will need to be parked at the mall parking (over rm40 per night), or at the public parking at the commercial centre across the road at your own risk. Security guards will not allow cars driven by your visitors into the residence carpark, so please do NOT plan any gatherings at the property to avoid any inconveniences
Car park max height is 2.0 metres. Please check if driving a tall car
