Welcome to our home! Our apartment is located on the 9th floor in Jazz 1 directly above Vivacity megamall. It is just a lift ride away. Vivacity has a variety of restaurants as well as a host of retail shops to cater to everyone. Our apartment has awesome pool views with a big balcony.

Our apartment is about 15 to 20 mins drive to the airport. Swinburne University is a short 5 to 10 mins away as is The Spring Shopping Mall. The closest hospital is Borneo Medical Center (5 mins)

The apartment has the following amenities:

All rooms and living room come with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1- This is the master bedroom which comes with a KING sized bed, a single bed and a double closet. The room comes with all essentials (pillows, blankets, mirror and hair dryer). The toilet is connected to this room.

Bedroom 2 – This is the second bedroom which comes with a queen sized bed and a single floor mattress (upon request).

Bedroom 3- This is a small, cozy room with a super single sized bed.

Bathrooms – We provide water heater, towels, shampoo, body shampoo, baby head to toe shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience.

Kitchen – Refrigerator, pots and pans for light cooking (we have an electric stove), serving utensils, cups, a microwave, kettle, and child friendly utensils.

Living area – Flat screen TV, unlimited hi-speed wifi, TV box with hundreds of channels, and a charging station.

We provide ONE (1) private parking space for free.

Guests will self check in themselves taking the key from the letter box. After booking confirmation, we will send you check in details. We will provide a car park band card, two access cards and keys when u check in. If any of the car park band card or access card got lost, there will be a penalty of RM 250 each.

Grab Cars can be easily accessed at the lobby of the mall. Secret Recipe entrance.
