New cozy, clean and classy 2 bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, kitchen and a private work space. This contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, tv, washer, large size beds, quality sheets (tencel), well equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking the city and airport, suitable for family and business travelers.
Jazz Suites is located on top of Vivacity Megamall, the largest premium shopping mall in Sarawak.
This is a strictly a NON-SMOKING unit. Guest will be penalised with RM500 if found smoking or cigarette smell in unit after check out.
NO durian or mangosteen allowed in the unit/building.
Please be careful not to stain our sheets and towels and to report of any damage or breakages immediately. Charges may apply.

Rest assured that all sheets & towels are changed for every checkout. Toilets & common surfaces are cleaned with anti-bacterial products.
If you have any other specific or special request, do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use the Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, Swimming Pool and Kids Pool as per condo management effective 1st Jan 2023 applicable to all units.
Guest can still access Jogging Track, Rooftop Garden and outdoor children's playground located at Level R.
Only ONE (1) free residential parking space provided at Level R parking. Additional car will have to park at the mall carpark and is chargeable as per mall carpark rates. Please do not park at undesignated area to avoid clamping.
I’m available to attend to your queries and needs from 9am to 9pm.
We will provide two sets of access card with main door key & car park band card (if parking requested) upon check in. A replacement cost of RM150 for each item will be imposed if lost or damaged.
Check in time is 3pm till 10pm.
Early/late check-ins must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Check out time is 12noon.
Late check out may be considered if request at least one day in advance.
If your personal belongings are still in our unit after 12pm and you have not arranged a late check out with us in advance, you will be charged RM50/hour.
We will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while staying in our unit. However, we will provide assistance if needed.
